California Transparency in Supply Chains Disclosure

At Impala Cosmetics, we are committed to respecting the human rights of our employees, suppliers, and the communities where we operate. We uphold the principles outlined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.

Our Expectations
We expect our suppliers to comply with all relevant local regulations and national laws, including those governing minimum wages, overtime compensation, hiring practices, and occupational safety.

Our suppliers are required to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations regarding quality, health and safety, the environment, labor conditions, and human rights. This includes a zero-tolerance policy against the use of prison labor, slave labor, and human trafficking.

We maintain an ongoing audit process that includes independent third-party assessments.

Training and Capacity Building
We provide training to our employees to help them identify and appropriately address potential violations of our Code and to reduce the risk of supplier noncompliance. We are dedicated to working with our suppliers to source products and services responsibly.
