For your ease, we have provided the estimated delivery timeframes below, though these are subject to change. To get the latest delivery updates, please use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Cost & Time Frames

• Standard:

Total Delivery Timing: 3-5 Business Days

Orders Must Be Placed By: 12:00 PM PT

Cost: $8 or Free with $30

 

• 2^nd Day:

Total Delivery Timing: 2 Business Days

Orders Must Be Placed By: 12:00 PM PT

Cost: $15

 

Please Note:

To ensure your order ships via 2nd Day on the same business day, please submit your order by the time noted above.

 

Shipping to certain rural or remote areas might lead to longer delivery times.

Express Service may not be offered for some remote locations.

 

 

Holidays:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, except on U.S. federal holidays. If you submit your order after the shipping cutoff time, it will be processed the next business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays, and no orders will be processed on those dates:

Shipping Information

 

For Overnight and 2nd Day shipments, a signature might be required upon delivery. Expedited orders with products subject to transportation regulations need additional handling and may ship the next business day. Please choose the delivery option that works best for you at “Checkout.”

Please Note: All purchases must be authorized by your bank before processing. Only orders with bank approval will be processed and shipped.

 

Shipping Address Disclaimer

Currently, Impala Cosmetics cannot ship to multiple addresses within one order. Please create a separate order for each intended shipping address and double-check that the address information is correct to prevent any shipping mistakes or delays.

 

Rules & Restrictions

Certain products sold by Impala Cosmetics need special handling due to federal, state, or local regulations governing their transportation. Additionally, shipping some items to specific locations may not be possible.

 

Forwarding

Impala Cosmetics is not liable for any damage, defects, significant discrepancies, or losses to goods once they are delivered to a forwarding company. We are not obligated to replace or refund items shipped to a forwarding company. If you opt to use a forwarding service, we suggest instructing the forwarder to reject any damaged packages upon arrival. Damage must be reported before the forwarding company accepts the package. After a package is accepted by the forwarding company, it becomes their responsibility.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Other U.S. Territories

While most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, certain limitations apply as outlined in the Shipping Restrictions. Impala Cosmetics does not currently deliver to the following U.S. Territories:

 

• America Samoa

• Guam

• Northern Mariana Islands

• Puerto Rico

• U.S. Virgin Islands

 

Certain areas in Alaska and Hawaii may require up to 14 business days for delivery. Orders sent to U.S. Territories typically arrive within 14-21 business days from the shipping date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping options are unavailable for specific locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

We regret that we are unable to ship to Palau.

 

P.O Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Most items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, though some restrictions apply, as outlined in the Shipping Restrictions. Impala Cosmetics currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:

• AA – Armed Forces America
• AE – Armed Forces Europe
• AP – Armed Forces Pacific

Orders to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days using Standard Shipping. APO/FPO/DPO orders are delivered within 14-21 business days from the shipping date. Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping methods are not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

International Locations

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process orders billed or shipped to addresses outside the United States. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
